Mr Bhaskar Swaminathan, is a Cost Accountant and Company Secretary. His expertise includes the areas of Finance & Accounts, Cost & Management Accounting, Business Intelligence, Valuation, FEMA & Audit functions spanning over 25 plus years. During this period he was associated with Big4 Audit Firms, MNCs and Listed Companies. Thereafter, he made his foot steps in the arena of Management Consultancy after working in various managerial capacities for more than 20 years.

He was actively associated as Faculty with Southern India Regional Council (SIRC) of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and Southern India Regional Council (SIRC) of The Institute of Cost Accountant of India (ICAI).

Mr Prabhakar Chandrasekaran, Company Secretary and Management Graduate and have experience spanning over 10 years in various practice areas.

He set up his practice providing services to corporate clientele in the areas of Company Law, Non-Banking, AIF, Investor relations, Foreign Investments, Valuations, Merger & Acquisition, allied Corporate Laws, and business startup services.

He has an expertise in various spheres of Secretarial advisory, appearance before National Company Law Tribunal and plays a predominant role in Corporate Management, carrying out various types of due diligences, advising, organizing and implementing acquisition of control, setting up of companies, Limited Liability Partnerships, appearances, advising and

assisting under the Companies Act, SEBI Act, FEMA, Trademarks, and compounding of offences, obtaining requisite approvals required from Regulators and the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) in the event of foreign investment in an Indian company, whether in the form of joint ventures, or wholly owned subsidiaries.

Mr K. J. Chandra Mouli, is a Commerce graduate and an associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He was in the Corporate Secretarial field from past 15 years.

Before joining as a partner in BP & Associates, he was associated with the IFCI Financial Services Limited and NBFCs.

He served the industry as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer and a Merchant Banker in the Financial & Capital Market Sector.
